smartphone help??

I'm looking to buy a smartphone, coming from Nokia 6620. I've narrowed down to NOKIA E61i, Tmobile WING(HTC Herald/ATLAS?) or NOKIA N73(NO WIFI?)
My daily usage will be:
web surfing
checking email
listen to mp3's
watch video clips
view & edit word document
daily journal
daily calendar
my budget is $420 , I will use the phone on Tmobile and wifi locations.
 
Definitely E61i...though you may want to also look at the HTC "Vox" (S710) as an alternate. It's got a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, and runs Windows Mobile, but otherwise similar specs. Might come down to formfactor and/or OS preference.
