smartlist to go HELP!

I want to create a datebook to remember important dates. I want to make it in smartlist to go. I want to enable it to set off an alarm when the date is approaching. Is this possible in SLTG?

Also IYHO what should fields should I put in? I'll upload a copy of the database when it's complete for everyone to have!
