Smart phone for $200?

Are there any smarth(ish?) phones for around $200? It doesn't need to have a full keyboard but if it does that would be great. And Windows would be a plus.

Imate sp3i is an amazing phone, and was really revolutionary in its day, unfortunately it is really kind of an antique.

How old is that phone? Ive also been thinking about the sony w810i although it isn't a smart phone but i guess i can live with that since it has a nice camera. Can i run java program on it?

Anyone? So from researching, the SE W810i is one of the best if not the best GSM phone right now for around 200-300. Any more suggestions? My only caveat with the 810i is that it doesn't have 3G unlike the cheaper LG CU500 but I like the 810i anyway. You guys know if a newer model is going to come out soon that I should wait for?

Its VERY small, and has every function you would want on any other phone.
