Im 24 and recently won around 30 in an online poker tourn. I am looking for ways to make more money off of it without gambling. That was the best $250 investment ever but I need a better way to make passive income. Im not looking at retirement right now so dont want put my money in a cd or roth account already have a 3 year certificate with like 8 grand in it. Im already a student so not looking into investing in my education. Im thinking of buying a small foreclosed house and fix it up and live in it and try to rent it out or start a consignment store in my hometown. Does anyone have any suggestions?
