So I noticed recently a small yellowish bump inside my mouth on the lower lip, I cannot find any information on what it could be. I popped it but no liquid came out, it was a sort of solid thing, I cant explain it very well. I think its now gone white after being popped. Its also painless.

Any info or help would be greatly appreciated, I'm so worried it could be something very dangerous.

I was originally going to say that it was a canker sore possibly but since you said it was painless I'm not sure what it is. I'd get it checked out by a doctor.

Maybe a xanthoma?

They're yellowish lumps of cholesterol/fatty material, often occur around the eyes - I don't know if they show up on/in the mouth?
