I'm a senior now and I'm having trouble narrowing down my college choices. Does anyone know of any colleges in NY (or surrounding states) that don't tolerate drinking and partying? I hate having to deal with that stuff and I'd prefer it if it didn't have to be an issue. I'd rather attend a smaller school, and in a perfect world, one that's been around for a while. Older schools, especially the old stone ones, have a certain appeal to me. I want to study writing and art.
Also, I know this is a long shot, but I'm also looking for schools that have bagpipe bands/scholarships. I've been playing for several years and I'd like to see it go to use.
