Hi everyone I'm 20 years and old and found a small hard lump on the back of my neck near my spinal cord. It is under the skin and doesnt stick out. It's probably the size of a small pea and doesn't hurt even when I touch it. I'm not sure what to think it is. Any help would be good, thank you.
