small hard lump below ear behind lower jaw

I have a hard lump under my right ear and behind the jaw. It does not hurt nor does it move. It seems to be pushing the right side of my jaw outwards about 2-3 centimeters.
 
There are lymph nodes located in this area. Are you ONLY feeling the lump on the one side and not the other? It sounds like 2-3 cm can mean that it is slightly enlarged IF it is indeed a lymph node. Have you happened to have any allergies/sickness recently? This can cause lymph nodes to become swollen and harder.
 
Yes, it was on only one side.


The swelling has gone down but I can still feel the lump on the right side. There is no bump present on the left side.
