Small form-factor gaming computer?

For LAN parties and the like, has anyone out there made a good, powerful, graphics-capable gaming machine on a small form-factor case? Have you built something that doesn't overheat and can keep up with current games but is still portable?

I'm looking for something in mini/micro ATX or ITX. If you've done it, please let me know what case you used. Thanks!
