i found some tiny white/pearly looking eggs on a small leaf in my garden does anyone know what type of insect eggs they are?????

that could be any type of bug or insect really its hard to know what type of bug it is with out identifying specific markings, coloration, or plant defects your seeing now from live insects. Dont be too quick to kill bugs- some of them help gardens and get rid of the more pesky bugs that cause damage.
Sounds like spider mites to me. Just spray with a mixture of water and dish soap. You may have to turn the leaves up to get to them. It works pretty good, tho.
