Small claims publication in legal ad?
how do i go about getting my case published in teh legal ad and how much will it cost? me ex is refusing to get served and wont tell me where to reach them. so what can i do?

if i get an ad out and he doesnt respond to that either will i get a default judgement? its obvious he owes me money otherwise he wouldnt be hiding
