So in March of 2011, an old friend pulled a bag of clothes out of her garage. she goes "this stuff doesnt fit me anymore, i want to donate it" i said okay fine. so she threw it in my trunk. we ended up doing other stuff, and forgot all about it. well not a word has been said since. my car has been cleaned out multiple times since then, so has my house and garage. so i dont know where the bag is now, 9 months later. well all of sudden, she NEEDS the bag back, and its a priority i get it to her. she harassed me about it after i told her i couldnt find it. i understand its her stuff, but shes the one that left it, and shes trying to get it back so much later. its not my problem anymore, and i dont get what she wants me to do about it. so i changed my number and im just not gonna deal with it. so she actually went to calling my boyfriend about it. shes telling him shes gonna send a letter to me saying i need to return it within x amount of days or shes taking me to small claims court. ive never heard of this before. so what are they going to do about it besides laugh? im sure the worst is make me pay her back, but she has absolutely no evidence of what its worth. i mean she wanted to donate it for gods sake. it couldnt have been that important to her. she said all the clothes was hers. a few weeks later, she said it was half another friends of hers. and now today, she said its her moms clothes. like really? make up your mind. any input?
