small claims court in south carolina?

I won a court case in small claims court in sc and i have yet to receive my money from the defendant its been 6 months can any tell me what to do now that i have won how to go about getting my money from them i see them at least once a month, it's like a slap in the face. any help would be appreciated. thank you
