I'm a noob to small business with little to no knowledge about business (and no MBA) and I'd just like to ask a few questions:
1. What are the type of recommended business types for small business (corp, brick and motor, enterprise, ect)?
2. Consider I file my taxes as a dependent, how would starting a small business effect my taxes?
3. What are the considerable risks of starting a home based small business?
4. How many businesses can be situated at the same address? My dad already has a business I believe filed under our current address. Would there be a problem if I start one under the same address as well?
5. What are the differences between filling yourself as a business, and filling as a DBA? What are the benefits and drawbacks?
