This may sound weird to many many of you guys but I actually need your advice on how to help out my Dad's business. He own a decent size motel off an interstate. Been about 4 years now. At first, great occupancies and reservations but now its hit us bad. Two more hotels opened around us and we have no clue what to do. I am only 16. My dad doesn't have anyone helping him. No financial help or any advise.
So is there anyone there to help us? Maybe a business advisor? Financial Helper? We don't have extra money to spend so the best way to get help is most likely the cheapest too.
