Small Business Government Loan Help?

I am opening a small business very soon. I need some advice for the best way to go about this, and what the best type is and where to apply. Any help would be much appreciated. This is the last step I need before I can open my business!
I am already a registered LLC business in the state of Colorado and have my EIN, etc.
