I am starting a business, I live in California. I have heard that there are quite a few programs here for various things to boost the economy: stimulus, grants, aid, etc...
How and where can I go about finding out if there may be any grant, stimulus or financial aid programs that would apply to starting up a small business?
please please please don't advertise, its an annoying waste of time! I check my email, get happy that maybe someone knows the answer to my question, and it turns out to be spam. Just say no!
