sluggish '92 Honda 4dr, 4cyl?

When I drive my car it seems to sluggish when trying to accelerate. Usually it is when it is warm and around 30 to 50 mph. If I accelerate quickly when this symptom happens it goes away. It seems to have a flat spot taikg off after decelerating
Any I deas besides just the tune up that did not help?

Check the plugs and distributor cap and possibly spark wires.

Try changing the fuel filter.
