J Jimeh New member Oct 15, 2010 #2 Configure your download/upload speed. Your upload speed should be about 85% of your maximum upload speed and your download speed can be unlimited. Do a speed check at Speakeasy. Make sure you close applications that use the internet and good luck. -Hope this helps.
