Slip Disk

Hello FrienRAB,

I have suffered from slip disk problem 5 years ago. After taking proper medical treatment and medication , now I am living a normal life , but still sometimes I feel pain in my back and that makes me upset and worried. Can anyone help me out to overcome my pain? Any suggestions ? Why my back still not pain free?
 
You should see a doctor and get a full exam and perhaps an MRI to see if there have been any changes. If your disc was not fixed at the time it could easily move around and impinge a nerve and thus cause pain.
