Sling Player for Symbian?

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know if the Sling Player for Symbian which is due to be realeased in a couple weeks will support the Nokia E61.When I e-mailed Sling they told me they dont have that information and I would have to wait for a press release?????

What's an E73?

It should work for the E61 too.

I've been waiting for a Series 60 V3 and a mac OS slingplayer for a while... as soon as they're available I'm grabbing a slingbox

They Already have a MAC OS one from what I have seen. I meant N73 sorry

I checked out "3's" site and the slingplayer is available with the N73, that's weird considering slingmedia's site does not support the symbian OS.

I found a press release on Sling Media's website from around Nov of last year that says they will release a Symbian based player. 3s website shows they are supporting it, but there is no download. I wonder if it is out there and they have some sort of exclusive on the player.

Just like iSkoot, the "X-Series" N73 from 3 has an exclusive version of Sling Player. It's been available for a while. Hopefully just like iSkoot, Sling Player will become available for the rest of us soon enough (although it's taking a lot longer than iSkoot...).
