I just dropped my Droid a little bit ago, and now there's a crack at the corner of my screen and it just spread diagonally across it, though it seems stable enough that it shouldn't spread anymore, unless I drop it again.
I can still see the screen perfectly (otherwise I wouldn't be typing this question right now), but how much would it cost to fix/replace it with and without insurance? I've had my Droid since July and I'll admit I do neglect to put the cover on every now and then.
The crack isn't THAT serious so I'm wondering if this is a DIY situation or would it be better to go to Verizon to get it fixed. Either way, it doesn't really matter to me, I'm just wondering which would be the better option.
