hey I like to do 30min of step ups 2 times a day 1st 8am to 8:30am then the same time at night with and hour of light exercises 4pm to 5pm anyway is it ok to go to bed right after (showering first of course) or should i wait till 9pm to go to bed or can I go to sleep right after my shower?
