For others having the same issue as me. unplug your usb cable from the computer not the iphone (while the snow logo shows), plug it back into the computer. hold power and home button, wait for it to get to the itunes recovery logo. close itunes, fire up ibooty and run ibooty, itunes will pop out again, close itunes. wait for it to reboot. this worked for me. good luck. you just have to play with the different ways to reboot it. just don't give up and keep trying if it's stuck.

@froooze angel if am already in 4.0 firmware i can normaly downgrade to 3.1.2 to perfom process
