Sleep problems?

Hi, sorry if there was another board to put this in, was unsure where to put it into.

Anyway, I don't know if it's a problem as such, but it's making me stress over it enough.

First off, I've being to the doctors about it, I have blood tests, I was revealed as borderline anemic, now the doctor the last time I went told me this is not serious, as if I'm able to do a 160mile bike ride in one go on one day there can't be much wrong with me, and that made me decide not to hassle the doctors on it anymore.

They did give me some confusing numbers of various levels in the blood on some paper, and it shown that the levels, of hemoglobin or something and other things have actually being at the best since 2000, and I think since my last blood test to the most current ones my levels got slightly better.

Anyway as above, I do allot of cycling, my rides are usually 25 miles minimum and for a large portion of the year I can be doing 100mile or longer rides on a saturday, now when I'm doing these rides, I'm usually fine, I'm usually one of the fastest in my group and we're not slow, I do struggle after 80 miles though but apparently that's normal for my age.

Anyway when I get home I feel very tired and usually fall asleep quickly, but that's probably normal after the amount of mileage, but the thing that gets me is normal days, I struggle too.

I went to sleep at 12Midnight, and I woke up at about 11, that's 11 hours sleep, I woke up, feeling tired and wanting to go back to sleep, also felt abit week and achy and lacking on energy, I might feel better in some hours time, I don't know.

Now on college days, I go to sleep at 11-12 Midnight, I get up at half 7, sometimes I wake up feeling pretty fine, I go to college, which is a 3mile bicycle commute, I feel quite tired in class sometimes, but sometimes I feel fine. I can be perfectly awake one minute, then maybe a couple of minutes later I can be feeling extreamly tired to the point I'm laying on the table fighting sleep so much, then getting shouted at by the teacher to wake up, this struggling to wake up can sometimes last for hours, maybe minutes, then I may be fine again, or when it comes to time to go home, I walk out the college, get on my bike, 3 mile commute later, back to the flat and feel wide awake again

Sometimes I'm in my flat though, the same thing happens, or I feel a little bit sleep and find it hard to resist just laying on the bed, then I struggle to get up and think just a few minutes, then before I know it, 1-2 hours passed, these short naps don't do anything for me, I just wake up feeling very weak, achy, headache and very very tired and rough. In the morning I try to wake myself up with coffe but I find it has no effect what so ever on me, same for tea.

Now I don't know if there is a problem? But it makes me struggle sometimes and I dread college days cause I'm always feeling tired there it's not nice.

Sorry for the waffle, hope it's easy to understand and someone can offer any advice.

Thanks
Will.
