How much sleep should a preteen get? And from when to when? I have a busy schedule, and from 3~6 PM I have chinese school. I still need to do homework and I have 45 minutes of piano practice and extra out of school homework (tutor and piano theory homework). I have to shower, brush my teeth, put on contact lenses, and take care of my pets. I usually sleep at 10:30, but sometimes I can't go to sleep and I end up sleeping less than 8 hours. Help please? (on questions above and busy schedule adjustment) 10 POINTS PEOPLE!
