Sleep cycle messed up what to do?

so i pulled an all nighter the other day. but no use. ive been staying up till 5-8am and sleeping till 5-7pm every day. for the past month. yesterday i slept from 7am- till 6pm. now its 8am and im not even remotely tired. i have to be up tomorrow(monday) at 11am for a meeting. what should i do? i was thinking of sleeping till about 1-3pm today and excersizing most of the time and tiring my self out and trying going to bed at midnight tonight. would that work?

also i was thinking about sleeping in the basement as it is pitch black. and i t would be very quite would this help me get to sleep faster so i can be up around 1-3pm?
