SL75 always "low battery" then turn off!

I repairing SL75 that when I power-on (with batt full) it's screen always displays "low battery" then turn off immediately.
- I checked R,C of circuit from batt to dialog IC ---> phone still not OK
- I try resolder Dialog IC and CPU ----> phone still not OK
(I can't fullflash it because there not free tool for SL75).

What is solution for this pan?
Pls help me!!!
 
samen problem when turn on always chargue batery and turn of.i flashed complety and same problem. any idea? thanks
