Did you do some patching before? What happened, does it right now don't want to start anymore?
Try to put a new firmware into phone with "WinSwup" programs. These are executables for Windows which put in a new firmware via COM port. You'll need either Sync Station or better a noname data cable.
You'll find WinSwup in several version (best is v56) on www.gsm-modding.de --> portal (not board) --> downloads --> Siemens. Okay, it's German page, but you'll find it.
