SL45: custom ON & WAIT animation - getting rid of

Quick question - how can I get rid of those animations loaded from the MMC and (I supposed) copied into the EPROM? I want to use the defaults from the firmware and then overwrite them with some of my own using Siemens Picture Change and VKPs. At presently when I patch the firmware nothing changes.

Phone is SL45, fw56.

I'm not sure but delete the blocks "Waiting Animation and Starting Animation" from your EEProm using EEPRom Tool from skylord - as I said I'm not sure
