SL 65 flash required with german lp

I need the flash file for SL 65 wich contens german language or just language pack v12.lp01.for SST if possible thanx in advance.
 
can u plz clarifye what this mean.anyway i solv the problem.in the mean time i become the same phone from *******r and i copied the flash from it.soon i will upload here for all does who may need.
