Skype on 3. What is this it show Skype on nokia phones

I was looking at Skype website to see if they have new info about having Skype on the s60 phone,
Do you know what this is and how this work do you have to buy a new phone?
Or is there a way you can get the program to work on are phones?

Fring is a great app but iSkoot meets a different set of needs. It uses very little data because it simply updates your contacts list via GPRS but all calls are made using your cellular networks. Once a call is initiated in iSkoot, a cellular call is placed to an iSkoot server and your call is then connected to your Skype contact or via SkypeOut.

This is a great app for people without unlimited data plans. I also use it rather than fring when i don't have access to a WLAN because my phone isn't compatible with 3G in the US and iSkoot's call quality is better than fring over EDGE.
