Reviews have been mixed so far and it's still in beta but at least it's a start! For me personally, it's working ok on my N80IE. It makes a VoIP call to a server tied to a US number and then connects from there to your Skype contact.

It's free (for now at least) to call your Skype contacts and SkypeOut requires SkypeOut credit.

Yes but version 1.0.6 is actually working ok... And it's now officially Skype certified.
