Someone in the UK has charged 3 times on my account the conversion of pounds into dollars for a skype account, I got the receipts by email but it's not my skype and I live in the U.S. Is there any number at all to contact skype? I already blocked my paypals credit card so they can't charge anymore but I need to find out who was doing this.
