I'm trying to get some good headphones for around 150 and these are the two im interested in I've had some past experiences with skullcandy (not very good my hesh's broke in a week) but these look a little more durable and better built but i just recently heard about the philips oneil stretch headphones that are super durable and cheaper but I would like someones opinion on which I should get

Neither of those. Probably the best headphone you can get for around $150 is the Audio Technica ATH-M50. This headphone has been getting great reviews over on http://www.head-fi.org and is often recommended as an upgrade for people who are unhappy with the sound of their Beats or Bose.
