Hello. I'm a little concerned about how I'm starting to look. Over the past 5-6 years, I, along with many people who are close to me, have noticed that my face seems to look thinner (around the cheeks/eyes). I was looking through some pictures of me throughout these years and really noticed a big difference. About a month ago, I went to get a physical and to also get some blood work done as a basic check up. Apparently everything looked fine. I explained my situation to the doctor and he stated that I need to just eat more.. I've been underweight all my life, so I don't feel telling me I need to eat more really helps my situation, especially since this just recently started happening. As a matter of fact, I've actually put on some weight recently from being unemployed for a couple months now. So if anything, I should of seen an improvement going by his logic. I really look 'unhealthy' even though I'm not. I'm in my mid 20s, if that helps.
I came here in hopes of finding a better explanation to this issue I'm having than the one the doctor gave me. I'd greatly appreciate any suggestions / information. Thanks in advance!
