hi
I'm an 18 years old male
I'm healthy but not that fit so I've decided to join the gym I did a lot of weight lifting for a whole year since I've started
skin stretches appeared on my arms, I though they would go if i leave them but they started getting worse, so i went to the doctor and he told me that they will disappear in time
I stopped gym for a more than 3 months now hopping they will go, I tried bio oil and coconut oil (heard they work) my arms are better than they use to look but I still think its still a lot
my question is
1- is it ok if i start going to the gym again
2- is there a way to get rid of the skin stretches quickly
3- and advice
