I have this sometimes, and i am generally fine in cold climate, although i currently live on a hot country. The thing is that my palms sometimes feel like burning and i feel like i have to go and wash with cold water 
generally i drink cold water as well and i don't mind the cold.
Details that might help, my skin is white, i am not overweight or anything, and not taking anything.
