OK, the skin in my arms is really really weird. There are almost like a bunch of tiny zits!! they are all over both of my arms and makes them really really red!! no matter what lotion i use it does not do anything!! it has been on my arms for like my whole life and my mom just says "it will go away over time" i think 12 years is well 'over time'!! i don't' shave my arms or anything cause that would make all the little things bleed. like even if i scratch them they start bleeding. I really need something that will work. my mom won't take me to the dermatologist. and they are on my face. i really need something!! is there anything that will help or should i really go to the dermatologist??
