i cut my finger with a exacto knife like year ago and the skin where i cut off grows back in small tiny chunks and falls off after a while and keeps doing it, what is it?
I'd get that look at. I have never heard of this. My hubby has cut his fingers, burnt his fingers and it should have grown back normally just leaving a scar. So, call the Doc.
