Skimming in a BP commercial

I saw the ad on this link...

you might not be able to see it, but it was a 30 second BP ad about "come to the gulf coast, its all good now". they went through different states, and on the alabama part they showed a kid rabroadming a fun little knee slapper. anyone else seen this?
