Sketching the graph of a pre-calculus function?

Could somebody explain to me how to sketch the graph of f(x)=int(2x) and also find (a) f(1.2), (b) f(1.6), (c) f (-1.8)? and what does it mean to "label three points on the graph?" i would greatly appreciate it if someone could solve this problem and explain to me thoroughly how they did it. ^^
