sirius radio on iphone?

i am debating getting sirius radio for my i phone, I like the idea of all the music with no commercials and Howard Stern. But I have heard things like bad service, and price... does anyone have it? whats your opinion? also about the bad service... I will be using it mostly at work plugged into a stereo for everyone to hear, or in my pocket, less when i am actually driving..
