I went to a ENT because post nasal drip made me nauseous. The fluid in my sinus is clear and I was on a antibiotic as a precaution from a NP. The ENT stated that I did not have a infection, but my sinuses were very swollen. Probably a allergy. I never told him I had a stiff neck, thinking it was not related. Now the back of my neck feels swollen, probably my lymph nodes. Why are my lymph nodes swollen if I do not have a infection? I'm using a netti pot and the ENT gave me Patranase spray. But the lymph nodes really got me worried.
