Single mom here, need answers ASAP! 93 honda civic has no power, please help!?

I have a 1993 honda civic and i have no clue whats wrong with it, being a single mom i dont have a lot of money, and i have replaced the computer and the throttle body and still nothing, it has no power starting off or going up even the smallest of hills but once im going good on a straight away its fine, what could it be? Im open to any ideas! thanks
 
mass air flow or fuel pressure did you try fuel filter dose it shift ok if not check tps
