This is a three part question to find out about ourselves.
1. Rate your climate belief level. 1-hoax/scam, 2-have severe doubts, 3-not sure, 4-fairly certain it's a problem, 5-it is beyond doubt we need to act now.
2. What did you think of Bill Clinton's impeachment: 1-it was a sham to 5-it was fully justified.
3. What do you think of the decision regarding the woman who spilled hot McDonald's coffee on her leg? 1-it was a sham to 5-it was fully justified.
For the McDonald's decision, here is a refresher for what happened: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Liebeck_v._McDonald%27s_Restaurants
Just for fun, if you know me you can try to predict what I will answer for those questions.
Well, we're pretty well all over the map. I can't find any conclusions anywhere.
For me: 2.5, 2 (even though I didn't think it was a valid question, he did lie under oath, the rest was a sham), 2 (the coffee may have been more hot than reasonable, the rest was a sham).
Actually, in looking at this again, most feel the McDonald's thing was pretty shammy. I for one don't like frivolous lawsuits. It takes away from the ones that are legitimate.
