Since the United States has become a welfare nation

and the amount of people on welfare and not working compared to those that work keeps on rising, whats the estimated timeline until the workers revolt? I am sure the people that actually work in our economy can only keep us afloat for so much longer.

Steal from the workers, give to the lazy...there is a better quote floating out there somewhere.

oh, too lazy to find a quote for a bunch of worthless liberal faggots means im a welfare recipient that does not work? im also too lazy to piss on liberals on fire so im sure you would cry about that also.

you disagree that the United States is fast becoming a welfare nation and that sooner or later (and most likely sooner) the amount of non workers will out nuraber the amount of workers?

Greece is suffering from this issue right now. The austerity measures being taken in Greece are only kicking the can further down the road. Greece does not have enough workers that actually work to support their way of life.

which is amusing because many of the Greek immigrants to the U.S. are actually hard workers and own many businesses in my area

Well, it isn't a "state", but as a nation, he is correct (according to this link ... USA Today):

Only 45.4% of Americans had jobs in 2010, the lowest rate since 1983 and down from a peak of 49.3% in 2000. Last year, just 66.8% of men had jobs, the lowest on record.

[Edit]

If you look at the map, there are several states that have less than 50% of their population working. In fact, the ONLY states that have more than 50% of their population working are: Nebraska, North Dakota, and Wyoming.

basically all of the shit that Thomas Jefferson warned the future american citizens about is coming home to roost so yeah we are fucked it is only a matter of time

more and more people in the United States are going on welfare and our entitlement class keeps on growing and growing. the amount of active workers in the United States is not growing at a fast enough rate to support this ever-increasing influx of people into the welfare class. The middle class is getting fucked more than anyone right now. The middle class has to worry about shit like paying bills on time, not defaulting, running a balanced budget in their homes, etc. the people that act unethically, illegally, or are just plain lazy/do not give a shit are not being punished. they are getting bailouts or have been given bail outs. our future generations are not learning to do the 'right' thing.

im not going to be a pretentious prick and call you deluded, but if you can not see this going on then you just need to take your blinders off or stop screaming "NANANANANANNA" with your hanRAB over your ears.

being a responsible person should not be a 'special talent'

actually, that is hilarious and pathetic at the same time that being a responsible person these days is fast becoming a special talent

And why is that? Income disparity is at it's highest since the eve of the great depression. The rich are enjoying the largest tax breaks in history, and many of them are hiding their money in foreign accounts to circumvent paying at all. Yet we leave ourselves wondering, where are the jobs? Where is the promise of trickle down?

You want to know what we have less workers? Because trickle doesn't work. It leaRAB to the rich building up their fortunes and empires while we keep losing jobs left and right. And it will not be sustainable.
