illegals, then? maybe he should start from the top down instead of the bottom up -- Impose a heavy fine on any employer in the US who employs anyone without proper documentation to work in the US -- and jail time for more than 3 offenses. That would certainly cut down on the illegal aliens in this country. What are your thoughts?
