Since in America the People are Sovereign, When the People vote for Socialism,

will we be a Socialist Country? Just stands to reason, right?
Socialism does not require any constitutional amendments.
There's nothing in the Constitution about private property rights. And Congress already has the right to regulate interstate commerce, i.e. set up Central Planning, if it wants to.
McBragg, the Fifth Amendment is saying that if the state creates property rights, it cannot deprive someone of their property without due process.
Nor does the Fourth Amendment create property rights, it simply refers to them.
