...question about dieting? i want to diet so i thought:
breakfast a low fat yoghurt/special k and fruit and green tea afterwards
snack: apple/fruit and water
lunch: half of usual meal and greentea afterwards
dinner:half portion of ususl meal and greentea after
is that good? or what should i do to lose a lot of weight fairly quickly but healthily?
any tips? or any otheer meal ideas?
